Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OHLC.Dev API ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our APIs for the purposes outlined in your subscription plan.

2.1 Commercial Use Rights

Free Tier: Limited to personal, non-commercial use, testing, and development purposes only.

Pro, Ultra, and Mega Plans: Full commercial use rights are granted. You may use our APIs to build and operate commercial applications, trading systems, analytics platforms, and any other revenue-generating services without additional licensing fees.

2.2 Usage Restrictions

Regardless of your subscription tier, you agree to the following restrictions:

• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or infrastructure used to provide the APIs
• You must not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices from API responses
• You must not resell, redistribute, or provide direct access to our raw API data as a competing data service
• You must not use the APIs to create a substantially similar competing service
• You must not share your API keys or credentials with third parties
• You must not exceed the rate limits specified in your subscription plan

2.3 Attribution

While not required, we appreciate attribution in your application (e.g., "Powered by OHLC.dev" or "Data provided by MarketFlow API"). This helps us grow and continue providing quality services.

3. API Usage

When using the MarketFlow API, you agree to:

• Use the API in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not exceed rate limits specified in your subscription plan
• Not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Not use the API to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code

4. Data and Content

The financial data provided through our APIs (MarketFlow, Economic Calendar, News Flow, and Trading Analysis) is for informational purposes only. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information from reliable sources, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

Important: Our APIs do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Users are responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of data before making financial decisions
• Conducting their own research and due diligence
• Consulting with qualified financial advisors when appropriate
• Understanding that past performance does not guarantee future results

Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you use our APIs at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on OHLC.Dev API are provided on an 'as is' basis. OHLC.Dev makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall OHLC.Dev or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the OHLC.Dev API, even if OHLC.Dev or a OHLC.Dev authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in OHLC.Dev API could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. OHLC.Dev does not warrant that any of the materials on its API are accurate, complete, or current. MarketFlow may make changes to the materials contained in its API at any time without notice.

8. Subscription and Payment

Access to our APIs is provided through RapidAPI's subscription platform. Different features and usage limits are available based on your subscription tier:

• Free Tier: Limited requests for testing and personal use
• Pro Plan: Commercial use enabled with moderate request limits
• Ultra Plan: Commercial use with higher request limits
• Mega Plan: Enterprise-grade commercial use with premium limits

Subscription fees are processed through RapidAPI and are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will notify users of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

Failure to maintain an active subscription or pay subscription fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of API access. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our money-back guarantee policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the OHLC.Dev API immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
