1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OHLC.dev API service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Use License

Subject to compliance with these terms and an active subscription, OHLC.dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the APIs according to your plan.

Free-tier access is limited to personal use, testing, and development workflows. Paid plans are intended for broader commercial and production use, subject to the boundaries of each subscription tier.

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass platform protections.
  • Do not resell or redistribute raw API data as a competing service.
  • Do not share API credentials with unauthorized third parties.
  • Do not exceed the usage limits attached to your plan.

3. Commercial and Operational Use

Pro, Ultra, and Mega plans are intended to support commercial applications, analytics products, and production-grade financial workflows without separate licensing fees for normal downstream use.

You remain responsible for ensuring your implementation, customer use, and regulatory posture comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

4. Data and Content Disclaimer

MarketFlow, Economic Calendar, News Flow, and Trading Analysis outputs are provided for informational purposes only. OHLC.dev does not guarantee uninterrupted accuracy, completeness, or timeliness across every source and update cycle.

The APIs do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. You are responsible for validating data and performing your own due diligence before making financial decisions.

5. Subscription and Payment

API access is provided through RapidAPI subscription plans. Features, quotas, and commercial rights depend on the plan selected through that platform.

Subscription fees, billing operations, and plan administration are handled through RapidAPI and may change with notice. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. API Usage Rules

When using OHLC.dev services, you agree to operate within applicable laws, respect rate limits, and avoid any action that could compromise the integrity, reliability, or security of the platform.

  • No unauthorized access attempts or abusive traffic behavior.
  • No malware, harmful payloads, or service disruption attempts.
  • No illegal use of the APIs or derivative applications built on them.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OHLC.dev disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

OHLC.dev and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, even where the possibility of such damages has been communicated.

9. Revisions and Availability

OHLC.dev may update platform materials, coverage, or service terms at any time. Temporary interruptions, documentation revisions, and product changes may occur as the platform evolves.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these terms are breached, if abuse is detected, or if access must be restricted for operational, legal, or security reasons.

11. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by applicable law. We may update them from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the APIs after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
